To preserve the edition, all orders are final, no returns or exchanges. All prints above A4 size will be shipped in a round tube to secure proper shipment. Packages typically arrive within 1-14 days from the date we receive the payment of the order. All our shipments are traceable. you will receive an email with a link to the track&trace information when the order has been shipped.

Please make sure to select the right shipment fee for your destination. Wrongfully placed orders will not be shipped.

Delivery time depends on your location. Packages typically arrive within 1-14 days from the date we receive the payment of the order. If the order is not delivered within 30 days from the date by Studio Lisette Appeldorn received the payment, consumer is entitled to cancel the order. Then by Studio Lisette Appeldorn is obliged to refund the payment within 30 days. Products are shipped directly from the Netherlands.

IMPORTANT – if a package is returned to the Netherlands because the buyer did not claim the package, Studio Lisette Appeldorn does not send replacements.

Studio Lisette Appeldorn is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. Studio Lisette Appeldorn has no control over this. The buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Customs determines these charges, and Studio Lisette Appeldorn has no way of knowing what these charges may be.

United Kingdom – products entering the UK will be subject to VAT. Import duties may apply. 20% VAT on orders under £135 will be collected directly at the point of sale. For orders with a total value over £135 customs will charge the 20% VAT at import.

Import duties are usually charged on NON-EU made goods. Percentage varies. These will not be prepaid. They will be charged by the courier on behalf of the Revenue & Customs (HMRC)
