Privacy statement.
Privacy policy in accordance to European General Data Protection Policy – effective august 2021.
By Studio Lisette Appeldorn, registered at Surinameplein 55, 1058 GN, Amsterdam, Netherlands, is responsible for the processing of personal data as shown in this privacy statement.
Personal information we collect.
When you visit the site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address and time zone. Additionally, as you browse the site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the site, and information about how you interact with the site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as ‘device information’.
Our website and / or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years. unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot check if a visitor is older than 16. we encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. We share your personal information with third parties to help us use your personal information, as described above. we use Woocommerce to power our online store, we use a third-party warehousing, payment service provider and a newsletter service.

Terms of use.
Delivery time depends on your location. Packages typically arrive within 1-14 days from the date we receive the payment of the order.
If the order is not delivered within 30 days from the date by Studio Lisette Appeldorn received the payment, consumer is entitled to cancel the order. Then by Studio Lisette Appeldorn is obliged to refund the payment within 30 days. Products are shipped directly from the Netherlands.
IMPORTANT – if a package is returned to the Netherlands because the buyer did not claim the package, Studio Lisette Appeldorn does not send replacements.
Studio Lisette Appeldorn is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. Studio Lisette Appeldorn has no control over this. The buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Customs determines these charges, and Studio Lisette Appeldorn has no way of knowing what these charges may be.
United Kingdom – products entering the UK will be subject to VAT. Import duties may apply.
20% VAT on orders under £135 will be collected directly at the point of sale. For orders with a total value over £135 customs will charge the 20% VAT at import.
Import duties are usually charged on NON-EU made goods. Percentage varies. These will not be prepaid. They will be charged by the courier on behalf of the Revenue & Customs (HMRC)
